Yes. We come to your home, look at the gutters and drainage, take measurements, and give you a written estimate. There is no charge for the visit or the estimate.
When do I pay?
After the work is finished and we have checked it with you. For projects over $5,000, a 30% deposit is due when you approve the estimate, and the balance after the final walkthrough.
What warranty do you offer?
A 20-year manufacturer warranty on materials and a 10-year workmanship warranty, starting when the work is completed. The warranty terms are written on your estimate.
How long is an estimate good for?
14 days from the date it is issued.
Is sales tax included?
Washington sales tax is added at the rate for the city where the work is done, and it is shown on your estimate.
When are estimate visits?
Monday to Friday at 1:00 PM, 2:30 PM, 4:00 PM, and Saturday at 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:00 PM (Pacific Time). After you send a request, we contact you to set a time.
