Hi, I'm Eduardo Gama, owner of AlderPeak Home Services.
I have worked on gutters for seven years, since I arrived in the United States. It is the trade I learned here, and with it I learned something that matters just as much: caring for the homeowner's property as if it were my own.
Why I started AlderPeak
I kept seeing homeowners get poor solutions. Too many companies treat gutter work as quick and easy, send subcontracted crews they barely know, and charge high prices to cover their overhead. The problem comes back, and so does the bill.
How we work
- The owner comes to your home. I do every estimate myself, so you talk to the person who actually knows the work.
- A real diagnosis on the first visit. I find the cause of the problem, not just the symptom, and explain what it takes to fix it properly, not just patch it.
- Honest recommendations. If a repair solves it, I will not sell you a replacement.
- Warranty: 20-year manufacturer warranty on materials and a 10-year workmanship warranty.
Where we work
I live in Lynnwood. We serve homeowners from Arlington to West Seattle, and across the whole Eastside.
