These terms apply to this website and to the AlderPeak Home Services Text Updates program operated by AlderPeak Home Services LLC ("AlderPeak Home Services," "we," "us"). By using the website or opting in to text messages, you agree to them.

Estimate requests

• Submitting a request does not create an appointment or a contract. We contact you to schedule a visit.
• Estimates are free and based on an on-site visit. Each estimate is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued.
• The written estimate you receive states the scope, price, applicable Washington sales tax, payment terms, and warranty for your project. If anything on this website differs from your written estimate, the written estimate controls.
• Work is scheduled only after you approve the estimate.

SMS text message program

Program. AlderPeak Home Services Text Updates are text messages from AlderPeak Home Services about your estimate request, including appointment scheduling, reminders, and estimate updates.

Opting in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our estimate request form or our booking form. The box is never checked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can request an estimate without it.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your request and appointments.

Costs. Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at office@alderpeakhomeservices.com or (425) 567-8148.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent. See our Privacy Policy.

Consent text. The box on our form reads: "I agree to receive text messages from AlderPeak Home Services about my estimate request, including appointment scheduling, reminders, and estimate updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to submit this form."

The information on this website is general. What your home needs is determined at the estimate visit. The AlderPeak Home Services name, logo, and website content belong to AlderPeak Home Services LLC and may not be used without permission.
